“Special Ops” 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Makes SEMA Debut

Truck Pays Tribute to Elite Naval Division

If you go to any military base across the country, a scan across the staff parking lot firmly validates the fact that members of the nation’s armed services like trucks.

That’s exactly what Chevrolet did with its 2016 Silverado Special Ops truck. Starting with a 2016 Silverado 1500 Z71, the Special Ops truck incorporates a number of unique touches inspired by the Navy’s elite division.

The dashboard is painted in the same Razzle Dazzle color scheme as the exterior. Hardware upgrades include a Chevrolet Performance intake and exhaust, and a six-piston performance brake package.
