On April 28th, Young Hollywoodۉ€ž¢s elite met at Station at W Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street to support Japan in philanthropic efforts to fund itۉ€ž¢s earthquake relief.ÀšÃ‚ Cosmetic brands in attendance included reps from Spongeables, True Promise Beauty and Comodyne, with additional booths set up by Jones Soda, Delphines, and Yogurt Stop, fellow sponsors who provided the venue with yummy refreshments!
At 6:30, stars began lining up to walk the red carpet, featuring some of the cast of MTVۉ€ž¢s hit show, the Hard Times of RJ Berger.ÀšÃ‚ Amber Lancaster, who plays RJۉ€ž¢s love interest, Jenny Swanson, hosted the event, dazzling the red carpet in a pink and turquoise pant-suit.ÀšÃ‚ Among others featured were Freddie Smith and Trevor Donovan of 90210, Greg Finley, Sammy Droke, and Harvey Grant of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, and Miley Cyrusۉ€ž¢s beau, Joshua Bowman of So Undercover.
Once inside, the venue is a sleek, modernized lounge in the foyer of the W, a series of fire pits with club-style bench seating organized before a stage where Hollywood Recordۉ€ž¢s hit band Capra played a phenomenal set of vintage rock nۉ€ž¢ roll.
Adjacent to the stage unravelled a 600 square-foot theater projection screen complimenting the music that decorated the evening.
OThree Media coordinated an exquisite evening, providing a mellow, relaxed atmosphere for socializing, with appropriate space for effective campaigns from their generous sponsors.ÀšÃ‚ We spoke with actors and models including Aimiomode Anetor of the recently released film, Burlesque, Marcus Armijo, producer at Me Productions, and Colin Owens, actor from hit romantic comedies, such as Killers, Valentineۉ€ž¢s Day, and No Strings Attached.ÀšÃ‚ All in all, the night was a complete success.
